Assignee is at the bottom of the hierarchy with only permission to update tasks and view the employee directory. They won’t have access to any client information.

Admin and project manager have the same permissions except that admin can change the team member roles. While super-admin is the only role that gets access to adding and removing clients and workspaces. This system lets you ensure the security of your client data by managing client access. 

You can view your internal team and filter members based on roles from the Team tab. With a simple click on a drop-down list, you can change team roles and delete members. There’s also an invite option where you have to input the email address and role of the person you want to invite to the team. 

As for Copilot, you can invite team members similarly by going to the settings option and then the team tab. But there are only two roles to choose from (admin and staff). However, you can control client access based on these roles.
